We interviewed Pierre-Arnaud Duluc, the Or\u00e9ades Manager, who answered all the questions you worry about on this subject.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What type of mobile-home can we \u00a0purchase at the Or\u00e9ades?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We propose the residential range of mobile-homes from the French manufacturer \u00a0IRM (Id\u00e9ale R\u00e9sidence Mobile). This de luxe\u00a0 range of mobile-home comes fully equipped with the \u201cGrand Confort\u201d fittings and reinforced insulation suitable for every season. This is important because our Domaine is open all the year round.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How difficult is it to install a mobile-home on one of your sites at les Or\u00e9ades ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We operate a turnkey system. That is, your mobile-home is installed on its site, fully connected, \u00a0with a terrace and a landscaped area (hedges, lawn, integrated watering system, car park, gas cylinder box\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much is the annual rent for the site? What additional charges are there?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cost of the rent is calculated according to the surface area of the site you have chosen. It is 14.95 \u20ac\/m2\/year. This includes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to your mobile home all through the year;<\/li>\n<li>20 m3 of water<\/li>\n<li>Electricity from April 1<sup>st<\/sup> to October 30<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tourist tax of 30 \u20ac\/year is the only thing to add to the rent. You need to know that a mobile home is subjected neither to the council tax nor to the property tax.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there any admission fee ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>None<\/p>\n<p><strong>After a certain lapse of time, are we \u00a0required to replace the mobile home ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, we do not compel anyone to replace their mobile-home. However, we do ask you to maintain it \u00a0properly and not let it become an eye sore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By the way, who is responsible for maintenance work on the individual site and mobile-home itself ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We take care of the hedges . You just have to take care of the mobile-home (inside and outside) and the lawn.<\/p>\n<p>This being so, for your comfort, each year we propose maintenance contracts such he as lawn mowing, site- weeding, checking and the maintenance of the heaters and the air conditioning, cleaning the exterior of your mobile-home \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can we sublet our own mobile home ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of\u00a0 course ! \u00a0Owners who wish to sublet their mobile-homes have just to sign a rental management agreement with the Or\u00e9ades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happens if we have family or friends who want to visit us ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We ask visitors to come to the reception desk and to sign a visitors\u2019 register. This is only a question of security, and there won\u2019t be any additional fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What \u00a0facilities are there and are they charged\u00a0 for ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Several facilities available \u00a0free\u00a0 of charge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heated swimming pool<\/li>\n<li>Tennis court<\/li>\n<li>Multipurpose court<\/li>\n<li>Ping pong<\/li>\n<li>Children\u2019s adventure playground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Finally, you can have dinner at the restaurant if you wish within the Domaine.
