Sanguinet: What you can do in the Domaine Les Oréades during August

With an occupancy rate at the top and satisfied customers, the month of July ends on a positive note for the dozen of persons who constitute the team of the Oréades in Sanguinet in the Landes. They are at the top of their form to receive and propose all the novelties of this summer 2015 to the tourists in August.

 

Some new activities

Since some summers, the Domaine of the Oréades engages the services of the UCPA (National union of the open-air sports centres) for the organization of the activities for the tourists: aqua gym, climbing, volley, water-polo, etc… But this year, we have decided to develop the bike rides and activities for adults. Therefore, besides sports tournaments, now we propose one day-ride bike with a picnic. The destinations are Biscarrosse, Maguide harbour, etc…

 

New deck chairs

Due to the plentiful sunshine since the beginning of the summer, we have fully enjoyed the renewal of all the deck chairs 🙂

 

 

 

 

 

A small animals farm

For the pleasure of the city-dwellers, but also for the nature lover, we have taken a large space to set « the small animals farm of the Oréades ». Come and see Iris and Lili, the little goats, Sanguinette, the sheep, but also some Silkies (a breed of chicken), rabbits and some guinea pigs.

 

 

 

 

Energetic massages

A grocer’s shop

This is the great novelty of this year! Thanks to your comments of the previous years, we have understood that it was necessary to have a grocer’s shop… It is why the grocer’s shop has been opened this year in the Oréades! From the morning to the evening until the 30th of August, you will find bread, pastries, sandwiches, fruit and vegetables, but also magazines and crosswords…
